Our first meeting of the 2017-2018 year is coming up in just over a month, and with new meetings comes another year of Block of the Month! So why not start off with a fun, quick and impactful block to get you back into the BOM groove.
September's block is called Falling Arrow - using a solid or print of your choice and a low volume will give this block a punch, especially combined with other bold blocks of different colours. This block finishes at 12" (12.5" with seam allowances).
Download the tutorial here - we would love to see everyone bring at least one block to the September meeting - if we have more than 12 we will divide up the goodies and we will draw (at least) 2 winners! You couldn't make a quilt any quicker, and the more people making blocks for BOM the better.
For those new to the group, we'll be set up once you arrive at the guild meeting - drop off your block(s) and get a ticket for each block made. All tickets go into the draw and the lucky winner(s) take home all the blocks!
