Our membership is open to anyone interested in modern quilting and all that goes along with it. This includes, but is not limited to, sewers and quilters of all levels (even beginners) and fabric enthusiasts and stashers whose work aims to reflect a modern aesthetic.
The membership year runs from September to August. The fee is $55/year or $40 if you join on or after January 1st. In July, you can sign up for an early bird rate of $45/year for the next guild season. We also have a student rate of $30 for those enrolled in a full-time education program (proof of enrolment required).

- 9 monthly meetings (September – June, no meeting in December)
- 1 free guest pass (valid for membership year)
- Priority registration and preferential rate on sew-in days, workshops and special events
- Membership in Modern Quilt Guild and associated benefits
1. Register and pay through Zeffy: OMQG Membership Registration.
- Zeffy has a donation option to support their platform. You may choose to donate or simply select Other and $0 if not.
- If you are paying with a debit card, please select the Credit Card payment option. PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) is not the same as a debit card payment—PAD is for direct bank transfers from Canadian bank accounts, while debit cards are processed like credit cards on Zeffy.
