February's Block and Colours
Poor brown, it get's no love, yet is a colour that represents so much comfort - Cinnamon, Coffee, Gingerbread, Cedar, Chocolate, or those gorgeous browns we see in Fall. The brown we'll use here is a very rich and dark brown and we are going to pair it with a light blue-grey. The colours give off colours in nature, but what do they make you think of? Pacific Northwest? Cool and foggy? Sparkly rocks and minerals?
I am loving the high contrast of Kona Fog and Espresso! Choosing the additional colour was tricky and I kept leaning towards something warm and pulled in the same colour as I did in the September challenge. My modern variation is a "folded flying geese" and I added little peak-a-boo tips on it's edges. Kind of has a stegosaurus vibe.

Remember these rules?
- You can add other colours to the blocks, as long as the colour prompts are used as well.
- Use as much or as little of the colour prompts as you like.
- Use the best match from your stash, no pressure to use the exact Kona fabric or colours.
